The equipment consists of 3 sets of five-axis coordinate manipulators, 2 sets of fixture lifting mechanisms, 1 set of fixture stay platform, 6 sets of parent and child fixtures, 1 product moving platform, 1 set of reclaiming manipulator, 1 discharge line, 1 bottom return line, and 3 sets of glue supply pump bodies. The system features an automatic glue dispenser machine that operates three rubber heads simultaneously, significantly doubling the output. During normal operation, products wait for material before and after each dispensing station. Upon completion of the dispensing process by all three units, the assembly line acts synchronously. The assembly line is equipped with a positioning device, ensuring the rapid movement and accurate positioning of each product. Once in place, a cylinder lifts the product, while a turnover shaft clamps it, enabling the turnover action. This fully automated glue dispenser machine ensures efficiency and precision in adhesive application. Additionally, the integration of an auto screw machine and automatic screw driving machine further enhances the automation process, improving overall productivity and precision in screw assembly and adhesive dispensing operations.
